Spiritwood Founder

I’m Lauren, a wayfinder, (and someone not big on labels!) walking the shadowed path where spirit and earth intertwine.

I am deeply attuned to the unseen realms and the ancestral wisdom rooted in a lineage that has walked this land for hundreds of years, with Scottish and Irish roots,

and held with reverence for the Traditional custodians who walked and cared for this land long before me.

Spiritwood is my sacred ground.

Here I weave the medicine of crystals, herbs, and journey work.

Through Spiritwood, I guide people on journey work,

soul remembrance, past-life exploration,

and energetic integration, supporting reconnection with parts of the self that have been lost or forgotten.

My work unfolds gently and intuitively, in rhythm with nature, drawing on animism, druidic wisdom, and crystal medicine.

I hold space for those who feel called to navigate their own thresholds of transformation,

guided by the spirits of land, stone, and place.

Each crystal I work with is a living companion,

gathered with purpose and tended gently through cleansing, charging,

and attunement to its unique energy.

Many have spent time in my personal collection or

with the elements of the ocean, or

mountain springs, before finding their next keeper.

Each crystal is held with care and reverence,

wrapped in sustainable materials that carry the spirit of Tasmania’s wild, elemental landscape.

Crystals hold the memory of the earth and the songs of creation, revealing their purpose in their own time for grounding, heart opening, emotional release, or alignment with the higher self.
