I’m Lauren, a seer and healer, someone who walks the shadowed path where spirit and earth intertwine.
I am deeply attuned to the unseen realms. I work with shamanic journeying, soul retrieval, energetic healing, and past lives to help you uncover the forgotten parts of yourself.
My journey has woven together crystal healing, druid and shamanic training, and initiation into the sacred Munay Ki rites. These teachings root me in the wisdom of the ancestors and the mysteries of the natural world. I walk an animistic path, guided by the spirits of land and stone, honouring the interconnectedness of all life.
Spiritwood is my sacred ground. Here I weave the medicine of crystals, herbs, and journey work.
Based in Tasmania, I spend my days studying herbal medicine, working as a professional chef and caterer, and supporting others in their spiritual growth and awakening through individual healing journeys.
I use a blend of intuitive insight and grounded spiritual guidance. I create offerings to help awaken, heal, and reconnect you to the deeper aspects of life. My offerings are an experience, crafted to honour the soul, stir the senses, and awaken hidden magic.
The crystals I work with come to me with purpose and presence. I do not gather large collections, only those that call to be here for a time. Each stone is cleansed, activated, and nurtured until its light shines clearly once more. Many have been part of my personal collection, cared for by the waters of the Southern Ocean or a pure mountain spring before finding their next keeper. Every parcel is prepared with intention and respect, smoke-cleansed and wrapped in sustainable materials that carry a touch of Tasmania’s wild, elemental magic.
Crystals are living beings to me. They are ancient allies that hold the songs of the earth and the memory of creation itself. When I work with them, I connect through the subtle realms, listening for their language and tuning into their frequency. Each one reveals its purpose in its own time, whether to assist in deep emotional release, to open the heart, or to align with the higher self. I often work within the earth’s energy grids, calling on the spirits of place and element to awaken the crystal’s medicine so that it may serve in healing and transformation. This process is slow, reverent, and intuitive, guided by trust in the unseen.
